City Travel was established primarily to engage in the general business of domestic and foreign tours and travel.

City Travel and Tours Corp. is a privately owned company which is founded by Mrs. Remedios Pangan- Lagman. City Travel was originally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Amity Travel – Makati Branch on 1992 and subsequently changed its name to City Travel by the year 2002. And in the same year it was accredited as an IATA travel agency. Last October 18, 2014. City travel officially opened its first branch at Balibago, Angeles City.

City Travel was established primarily to engage in the general business of domestic and foreign tours and travel; to act as agent for transportation companies, both foreign and local; to arrange, conduct and engage in the preparation of all kinds of inbound and outbound tours and travel itineraries; and, to conduct, undertake, provide and sell such other services associated with or necessary in the general business of a travel and tour agency. Now City Travel specializes in handling all aspects of corporate travel.
