REQUIREMENTS FOR RETIREE / SENIOR CITIZEN

1. Computerized and Signed Application Form (A4 Size Bond Paper)
2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture (Please attach on the application form)
3. Original Passport (should be valid for more than 6 months)
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2) (A4 Size Bond Paper)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid and previous visa/s and arrival stamps for the past 5 years
   1. If applicable only; Must show proof of arrival stamp or slip
6. Latest Original Personal Bank Certificate (Issued within 1 month of application
   1.  Must include account type, current balance, account opening date, ADB)
7. Latest Original Bank Statement (3 months) (Issued within 1 month of application)
   1. Original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
8. Copy of Senior citizen’s ID
9. If Financial Documents to be submitted are from another family member; Must submit proof of relationship
10. COVER LETTER: Execute a computerized, English, and signed letter of explanation for documents you cannot provide

-Photocopy of inviter’s Passport or Identification Card (authentication not required)

* IF INVITED BY COMPANY IN KOREA
-Invitation Letter
-Photocopy of Korean Company Business Permit (authentication not required)

■ Processing Period
-Visa processing and releasing time is minimum of 5-7 working days from the scheduled appointment
-Requirements must be completed and submitted immediately or at least 2-3 weeks before the scheduled slot.
