TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN RESIDENT IN THE PHILIPPINES

  1. Computerized and Signed Application Form (A4 Size Bond Paper)
  2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture (Please attach on the application form)
  3. Original Passport (should be valid for more than 6 months)
  4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2) (A4 Size Bond Paper)
  5. Original & Photocopy of valid and previous visa/s and arrival stamps for the past 5 years 
  6. Photocopy of ACR I-Card and Philippine Visa
  7. Personal Bank Certificate Original [must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)]
  8. Personal Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months) 
    1. If Student: Original School Certificate and Photocopy of School ID
    1. If Employee: Original Certificate of Employment (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number (cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address),  Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 Copy
    1. If Businessman: Photocopy of SEC or DTI, Mayor’s Permit, Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 with corresponding payment receipt from BIR authorized bank
  9. COVER LETTER: Execute a computerized, English, and signed letter of explanation for documents you cannot provide

* IF PERSONALLY INVITED BY KOREAN 
-Invitation Letter
-Photocopy of inviter’s Passport or Identification Card (authentication not required)

* IF INVITED BY COMPANY IN KOREA
-Invitation Letter
-Photocopy of Korean Company Business Permit (authentication not required)

*Note: Tourist Visa for foreigners can be applied only if the foreigner is a long term resident in the Philippines.


■ Processing Period
-Visa processing and releasing time is minimum of 5-7 working days from the scheduled appointment
-Requirements must be completed and submitted immediately or at least 2-3 weeks before the scheduled slot.
