REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURIST

  1. Copy of passport – including bio page and all used pages with amendments, endorsements, visas and entry/exit stamps
  2. 1 passport-sized photo (colored/white background)
  3. Accomplished and signed visa forms (Click here)
  4. Employment Certification (Please state position and salary)
  5. Copy of Business Registrations – for self-employed applicants
  6. Copy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Stamp; For Self-employed ITR must include pages with Net income and total revenue
  7. Copy of Bank Certification with bank statements for the past 6 months – Original preferred.
  8. Letter of support / Invitation Letter from host in Australia, including contact details of inviter (if any)
  9. PSA Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate

Minor Applicants: School registration/proof of enrollment

PSA (Formerly NSO) Birth Certificate

Affidavit of Support and Consent if not travelling with either or both parents

Note:     The notice of biometrics collection will be received through email after 24-48 hours of submitting the complete application and attachments online.

The schedule of Biometrics will be based on the embassy website availability.
