REQUIREMETS FOR BUSINESS TRIP

  1. Copy of passport – including Bio page and all used pages with amendments, endorsements, visas and entry/exit stamps
  2. 1 passport-sized photo (colored/white background)
  3. Accomplished and signed visa forms (Click here)
  4. Employment Certification (Please state position and salary)
  5. Copy of Business Registrations of Employer
  6. Company Profile
  7. Copy of Bank Certification with Bank statements for the past 6 months – Original preferred (Latest) Personal and Sponsor
  8. Endorsement Letter / Guarantee Letter from Local Employer
  9. Invitation and Guarantee Letter from host/counterpart in Australia, including contact details of inviter (if any)
  10. PSA Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate
  11. Request Letter for Multiple entry visa, including series of travel dates

Note:     The notice of biometrics collection will be received through email after 24-48 hours of submitting the complete application and attachments online.

The schedule of Biometrics will be based on the embassy website availability.
