REQUIREMENTS FOR FILIPINO MARRIED TO FILIPINO/FOREIGNER WORKING IN KOREA

  1. Computerized and Signed Application Form (A4 Size Bond Paper)
  2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture (Please attach on the application form)
  3. Original Passport (should be valid for more than 6 months)
  4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2) (A4 Size Bond Paper)
  5. Original & Photocopy of valid and previous visa/s and arrival stamps for the past 5 years
    1. If applicable only; Must show proof of arrival stamp or slip
  6. Copy of Husband’s Passport First Page 
  7. Copy of Husband’s Alien I.D 
  8. Copy of Husband’s Contract or Employment Certificate 
  9. Original PSA Marriage Certificate 
  10. Original Personal Bank Certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, ADB) (Issued within 1 month of application)
  11. Original Personal Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
  12. COVER LETTER: Execute a computerized, English, and signed letter of explanation for documents you cannot provide

*Note: E-9 Visa Holders cannot invite his/her family

* IF PERSONALLY INVITED BY KOREAN 
-Invitation Letter
-Photocopy of inviter’s Passport or Identification Card (authentication not required)

* IF INVITED BY COMPANY IN KOREA
-Invitation Letter
-Photocopy of Korean Company Business Permit (authentication not required)

■ Processing Period
-Visa processing and releasing time is minimum of 5-7 working days from the scheduled appointment
-Requirements must be completed and submitted immediately or at least 2-3 weeks before the scheduled slot.
