TEMPORARY VISITOR’S VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR FILIPINO MARRIED TO KOREAN

1. Computerized and Signed Application Form (A4 Size Bond Paper)
2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture (Please attach on the application form)
3. Original Passport (should be valid for more than 6 months)
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2) (A4 Size Bond Paper)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid and previous visa/s and arrival stamps for the past 5 years
   1. If applicable only; Must show proof of arrival stamp or slip
6. PSA Marriage Certificate
7. Certificate of Korean Marriage History (valid for 3months)
8. Photocopy of Bio-page of Korean’s Passport
9. Invitation Letter from Korean Spouse
10. Photocopy of Korean’s Philippine Visa and ACR-I Card (If applicable – Multiple Visa can be issued)
11. Original Employment Certificate or DTI (or SEC) of Korean Spouse (If applicable – Multiple Visa can be issued)
12. COVER LETTER: Execute a computerized, English, and signed letter of explanation for documents you cannot provide

*Note: Tourist Visa for Filipino married to Korean can be applied only for Korean Spouse who is a resident in the Philippines.
 

■ Processing Period
-Visa processing and releasing time is minimum of 5-7 working days from the scheduled appointment
-Requirements must be completed and submitted immediately or at least 2-3 weeks before the scheduled slot.
