KOREA GROUP E-VISA REQUIREMENTS

1. Original Passport (must be more than 6 months valid from travel completion)
   1. 1 Passport size picture (white background, taken within 3 months)
   1. ​Sponsoring ​Company’s Documents
      1. Photocopy of Business Registration from SEC or DTI
      1. Photocopy of Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit
      1. Guarantee letter from Company with list of employees
      1. Original Bank Cert and bank statement latest 3 months
      1. Photocopy of ITR
      1. Business Registration of Tour Operator in Korea and valid ID of the owner or signatory or business card
      1. Full itinerary with flight details word/pdf file
   1. Team Leader additional Documents
      1. Certificate of Employment with Compensation
      1. Personal bank cert and bank statement latest 3 months​​
      1. c. Photocopy of ITR

   1. Participants Documents
      1. Original passports of all participants
      1. 1 passport size picture-colored (Write Full Name at the Back)

Note: Applicable only for Company Incentive Trip and/or Educational Tour minimum of 5 members are required per group.
*Members of the group should travel with same tour schedule and flight schedule inbound/outbound.

■ Filing Time: 3 weeks prior departure

■ Group E-visa releasing time: Subject to Embassy’s timeline (We suggest filing at least 1 1/2 month earlier)

Please manage expectation as passport release might be too close to departure date; 2-7 days prior departure
