REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS TRIP

1. Original valid passport – including old passport with previous visa to Japan (if any) Must be 6months valid
2. Accomplished Visa Form (A4) Size paper (Click here)
3. 2 pcs Passport Size 45mm x 35mm colored photos (white background)
4. Original Employment Certification (Please state position, date hired and salary in Company letter head with Contact number)
5. Copy of Business Registration of Local company (Employer)
6. Copy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Stamp; For Self-employed ITR must include pages with Net income and total revenue
7. Day to Day Itinerary/Activity/Schedule in Japan (TAIZAI YOTEIHYO)
8. Original Endorsement Letter from Local company
9. Invitation Letter
10. Invited by Japanese Counterpart: Business Registration /TOKIBOTOHON (must be issued within 3 months original)

Copy of the latest Quarterly Report(SHIKIHO), Company Brochure, Pamphlet or any outline of the company/organization

9. If invited by an Individual: Submit employment certificate of inviter
10. Proof of activities in Japan (Contract, Transaction details, Conference Materials etc. )
    1. If applicant’s purpose is training, please submit the following documents that indicates the content of the training.
       1. Training acceptance agreement from the receiving company / organization Ⅱ
       1. Detailed program of activities from the receiving company / organization
          1. Training necessity, method and content of the training
          1. Training location, schedule, period of training, person in-charge, language to be used
