REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESSMEN

  1. Computerized and Signed Application Form (A4 Size Bond Paper)
  2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture (Please attach on the application form)
  3. Original Passport (should be valid for more than 6 months)
  4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2) (A4 Size Bond Paper)
  5. Original & Photocopy of valid and previous visa/s and arrival stamps for the past 5 years
    1. If applicable only; Must show proof of arrival stamp or slip
  6. Photocopy of Business Registration from SEC or DTI
  7. Photocopy of Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit
  8. Latest Original Personal Bank Certificate (Issued within 1 month of application
    1.  Must include account type, current balance, account opening date, ADB)
  9. Latest Original Bank Statement (3 months) (Issued within 1 month of application)
    1. Original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
  10. Photocopy of INCOME TAX RETURN (ITR) Form or 2316 (No more exemptions on Frequent Travelers)
    1. With corresponding payment receipt from BIR authorized bank or
    1. Form 1701 ITR should include the pages with net income and total revenue
  11. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only)
  12. COVER LETTER: Execute a computerized, English, and signed letter of explanation for documents you cannot provide

* FOR FAMILY APPLICATIONS

-Documents for proof of relationship is a must. (eg. PSA Marriage Contact/Birth Certificate)


* IF PERSONALLY INVITED BY KOREAN 
-Invitation Letter
-Photocopy of inviter’s Passport or Identification Card (authentication not required)

* IF INVITED BY COMPANY IN KOREA
-Invitation Letter
-Photocopy of Korean Company Business Permit (authentication not required)

■ Processing Period
-Visa processing and releasing time is minimum of 5-7 working days from the scheduled appointment
-Requirements must be completed and submitted immediately or at least 2-3 weeks before the scheduled slot.
